If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the purchase of your rug, you are entitled to return your rug for a refund from 30 days from when you original received it.
However, a 25% restocking fee does apply.
You are required to contact our customer support and request an RMA before sending back the rug.
It is my conviction, that the best way to see and enjoy a rug, is to have it laying in your house for a few days allow the rug time to blend in with your surroundings. Once you decide to return the rug, simply let us know (email@example.com) that you wish to return the rug and I will give you any assistance you may need.
As soon as I receive the rug and it still remains in salable condition, I will issue you a refund for your purchase price (excluding restocking fee).
