What to do incase you receive an incorrect rug? If for any reason you feel you have received the incorrect rug, please proceed with the following steps. 1. Please locate the label on the bottom corner of the rug. It should have a design number printed on it. Do verify that the design number matches the rug that you have ordered. NOTE: In some cases, some rugs include CHI or some REG's will not have labels. Some rug tag locations on certain rugs may differ. Very few rug design numbers will not match due to label changes by the manufacturer. 2. If you cannot locate the label or would like further verification that you have received the wrong rug, type the prefix of the rug ID into the quick search bar to find the collection that your rug is from and identify what rug you really did receive. 3. If all else fails, do take a digital photo of the rug that clearly shows the rug and send it to our customer support team at info@superiorrugs.com.
