What is your exchange policy on defective or wrong rugs? If you do receive an incorrect or defective rug, notify us immediately upon receiving the rug. We do value our customers and try our best to make sure they come out of the transaction pleased. Do make sure to send us a digital photo via e-mail of the damaged portion of the rug. After it is confirmed that your rug is damaged, we will immediately send a return Fedex label to your door with instructions on how to return your rug. Once your rug is received and analyzed by warehouse personnel, we will ship you out your replacement immediately. Our goal is to make sure you receive your correct or nondefective rug as fast as possible without costing our customers an extra penny. NOTE: If you wish to cancel your order regardless that your rug is damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible to send the rug back and follow normal refund procedures.
